Born in Parkersburg and raised in St. Marys, West Virginia, Jay W. Gerber built his practice in the same communities he calls home. A 2001 graduate of Marietta College and a 2004 graduate of WVU College of Law, he has been licensed in West Virginia since 2004 and in Ohio since 2011.
